Why HOVER wants you:

HOVER is looking for a self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in spreading adoption of HOVER’s transformative product. As an SDR, you will be the face of the company and the engine for driving HOVER’s success. This is a great opportunity to make an impact by breaking out of the traditional business development role. Instead of just running through cold-call lists, you’ll be doing inbound/outbound with warm leads and tasked with discovery that enables you to build genuine personal connections with future customers.

The Sales Development team is a cross-functional team of ambitious individuals who work closely with our Growth team on strategic initiatives focused on unlocking the true potential of HOVER. As a team of growth-minded individuals, they focus on personal and professional improvement. Whether it’s mindfulness sessions or skills workshops, as a member of this team you’ll have access to the building blocks of career success. In short, we’re looking for like minded, self-motivated teammates who are similarly passionate about unlocking the value of the relationship with our customers.

You will contribute by: 

As an SDR, you’ll play a critical role in helping our future customers understand the power of  HOVER’s end to end solution that includes our interactive 3D model. In this role, you will focus on mostly warm leads and be tasked with a combination of outbound and inbound to present to key stakeholders. By articulating the vision and powerful use cases of HOVER to decision makers at the beginning of the sales cycle, you’ll help to change the way the entire home improvement industry operates.

Your background includes:  

  • 1-3 years of  professional experience in a Sales or Support vertical
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Self motivated, organized and driven by success
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, the G Suite 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
  • Experience in Sales or Exterior Home Improvement is a plus 
  • Knowledge of SalesForce and similar tools is a plus
  • Experience with Outreach is a plus

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with Colorado law, the base salary for this role if filled within the Denver Metropolitan area is $50,000-$59,000.
