Why HOVER wants you:
HOVER is looking for an innovative sales leader who can manage and continue to build up a team that is bringing transformative technology to the established Exterior Home Improvement (EHI) market, our largest vertical. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to own your vertical’s sales strategy, manage and develop sales directors to lead regional teams, and maintain operational rigor across the greater sales organization. You'll also have the chance to work cross-functionally with our Product and Executive Leadership teams to define opportunities to breach new markets and shape the potential and product-market fit of our solutions. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who has a strong leadership philosophy to build and develop a team of dynamic sales reps who contribute to a critical revenue stream for HOVER.
You will contribute by:
As the VP of Sales for EHI, you will lead HOVER’s largest sales team and largest revenue segment of the business. You will play a critical role in inspiring Sales Directors to lead their reps towards new opportunities and enable increased wallet share on existing accounts and partnerships. With strong product-market fit and more use cases to come, you'll help drive critical initiatives that unlock massive revenue opportunities for your team and HOVER. You will hire, coach, and retain top talent as revenue grows. You’ll maintain and develop operational rigor by implementing effective and repeatable sales processes to successfully scale our business. You’ll also work closely with your team of Directors, Managers, and IC’s to strategize deal negotiation, identify obstacles and inefficiencies, and implement new sales initiatives through sales directors to increase organizational efficiency. You will help prepare the sales organization for the demands of preparing for a future IPO, and preferably have experience in both pre and post IPO environments.
