The structured 3D data produced is extremely valuable as it generates a single source of truth for the physical world allowing for more veracity throughout the home improvement and insurance processes. HOVER is looking for a sales leader who can build and manage a team of sales reps responsible for new and existing business on the Insurance vertical; one of our fastest growing verticals. Our sales reps focus on closing new logo opportunities, cultivate relationships, and drive growth within our existing customer base. You will join a team of highly motivated, professional, and energetic sales reps that take pride in running consultative sales processes and delivering our vision.

We want a strategic-minded, highly emotionally intelligent, mission-driven leader, who will set and refine strategy, own revenue targets, implement repeatable processes, and partner well cross functionally with other departments. Our ideal candidate is a leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves when needed to help their team build relationships with some of HOVER’s largest partners across the insurance market. 

You will contribute by: 

As a Director of Sales, you will manage and lead a team of   account executives responsible for new and existing business revenue goals. You will hire, coach, and retain top talent. You will manage forecasting, account assignment and quota achievement for a team of sellers. You’ll work closely with your team to strategize about deal discovery, account penetration, and tactics to help close business. You’ll work cross-functionally with departments within HOVER to identify obstacles and inefficiencies, and implement new sales initiatives to increase organizational efficiency. Additionally, you will utilize data to help refine and optimize sales motions and ultimately build a powerful, predictable, and scalable machine.

Your background includes: 

  • 5+ years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of leading a team of enterprise sales reps to exceed goals
  • 7+ years of field sales experience and solution selling, with a focus on enterprise accounts
  • Growth and leadership mindset
  • Effective communicator with a high EQ
  • Strong people management, coaching, development, and development experience 
  • Strong prioritization, territory planning, and team-selling experience
  • Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
  • In-territory travel required
  • Experience in the insurance, home improvement contracting, construction, or building material space are strong bonuses
  • Managing remote sales reps, and previous entrepreneurial experience are bonuses

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with Colorado law, the base salary for this role if filled within the Denver Metropolitan area is $150,000-$177,000.
